Outline plans have been submitted for up to 95 homes in Arborfield.
Croudace Homes, Vortal Homes and Falcon Developments have jointly applied to Wokingham Borough Council to develop an 8.25-hectare agricultural site north of School Road at Arborfield Cross, near Coombes Primary School.
The same group of housebuilders had plans for 120 homes in the same location refused in 2018.
The team on the project includes Marrons on architecture, DFA on ecology and Transport Planning Associates on transport.
